This project featured an extensive stage of demolition where everything from the second floor system and above was entirely removed and rebuilt. Lucas worked extensively with architect Amy Semmes and Walter Lane Cabinetmaker on the development and refinement of the interior design throughout planning and construction while serving as General Contractor.
